feat: add support for project events

Summary

Adds Project Event workflow support to the Kapso agent plugins, while making unified Logs search the default diagnostic entry point.

• Adds guidance for Project Event definitions, triggers, and event emission via workflow nodes, functions, and agent tools.
• Adds project-event-definitions.js to list, create, and update event schemas.
• Documents event-trigger filters, event naming/property constraints, limits, and the safeguard preventing event-triggered workflows from emitting further events.
• Promotes unified Logs search across observability, workflow execution, message/Flow troubleshooting, and error triage.
• Documents inbox embed language support (en/es) and new agent capabilities.
• Updates Codex, Cursor, and Claude plugin metadata/readmes to describe Project Event workflows and classify event emission as a high-risk action requiring explicit approval.
