- Updates the u-root dependency to a version that includes support for PEZ-formatted kernel images. This is necessary for booting Fedora cloud images on aarch64. See: pkg/boot/linux: support PEZ-formatted images on arm64 u-root/u-root#3492
- Updates kernel to 6.18.8
