Parses `INTERVAL FLATTEN [PER cols] AGGREGATE agg AS name, ...` as a pipeline stage; compiling it fails as unsupported until the next change. The aggregate list node, shared with TREE ACCUMULATE, is renamed to PerfettoAggregate.
