For production release, find merchant name and merchant id , replace it in Constant and PaymentsUtil and replace WalletConstants.ENVIRONMENT_TEST to WalletConstants.ENVIRONMENT_PRODUCTION. Last you have to request for production https://developers.google.com/pay/api/android/guides/test-and-deploy/integration-checklist. If you dont able to see your saved card then go to setting and hit the option.
