Website publishing succeeds, but its GitHub Actions dependencies use the deprecated Node 20 action runtime and
ubuntu-latestis scheduled to change underneath it.Upgrade checkout, Node setup and artifact actions to native Node 24 runtimes, and pin the runner to Ubuntu 24.04. The website build continues to use Node 22 and retains the same public URL and release format.
Validation: actionlint and the production build on Node 22 passed locally. Validate the build in PR CI and the complete artifact-to-release workflow after merge.
