refactor(baseline): switch mini app baseline from robrix2 to Rinx - #4

Rinx (https://github.com/hagency-org/Rinx) is the independent continuation of OctoSense-org/robrix2's wechat-ui branch; its history preserves the previously pinned commit 05daf9bdb05fafc6d8f04dcb312a35f1d46a661e, so all deep links (src/mini_app.rs, src/article_app/, lab/article-editor/, validation records) remain valid on the new repository. - replace robrix2/ROBRIX2 naming with Rinx/RINX across the site (App.vue, ApplicationScenarios, ProjectShowcase, TrainingApproach, EventSchedule, en.json, useLocale, index.html meta description) - point OctoSense-org/robrix2 repository links at hagency-org/Rinx - rename docs/robrix2-miniapps.md to docs/rinx-miniapps.md and update SUMMARY.md / index.md references (book now builds rinx-miniapps.html) - rename robrix-* screenshots under public/screenshots to rinx-* and update references; provenance.json keeps historical review source paths intact
Resolve conflicts with the App Hub submission PR (#3): take main's structure (AppHubSubmission section, submission guide) and re-apply the robrix2 -> Rinx rename to the new content (docs/app-hub-submission.md, AppHubSubmission.vue, and the merged en.json entries).
