Adds Huawei immediately after OAIC in the homepage partner strip and sponsor cards in both Chinese and English, using the existing GOSIM transparent Huawei logo and the site's current styling. Huawei is labeled as a sponsor and links to its localized corporate website.
Updates card numbering to keep the tenth partner displayed as
10.Validation: Node.js 22 production build with
/factory26/base path; desktop and 390 px mobile previews; Chinese/English labels, ordering, links, and successful logo loading.
