Factory, Survey and Agentic App currently share a source repository and an all-or-nothing build. This moves their authoritative source and builds into independent repositories while keeping every existing
create.gosim.orgURL.The shared repository now builds only the hub and archived Paris site, downloads each event's successful versioned release, verifies its checksum/identity/entry points, and deploys the complete Pages artifact. Failed event builds leave their previous release selected; assembly failures leave the live site unchanged. The existing schedule collects releases and refreshes the Factory leaderboard. A config tag pin supports per-event rollback, and
/deployment.jsonrecords deployed versions. All 301 original tracked event files were checked against their destinations (READMEs gain handoff links), and their relevant Git history and existing collaborator access were preserved. Survey keeps its production platform revision, old event assets and root redirect. Existing authentication callbacks and database projects stay unchanged. Agentic App's pending PR is preserved separately at gosimfoundation/hackathon-agenticapp26#1 and is not merged by this migration.
Validation: all independent production builds; 3 routing tests; 5 authentication tests; 4 release validation/recovery tests; complete local assembly and entry-point/asset verification. The independent repositories publish through GitHub Actions. This PR's CI validates an assembly from the actual published releases before cutover.
