…eshed skills Sourced from updated CV. Adds Fat Zebra (Jan 2025-present) and Pin Payments (Jul 2023-Jan 2025) timeline entries, closes off Gaia Resources at Jun 2023, refreshes skill weightings, updates about-me/tagline to SRE, and fixes the github-metadata repository setting (was gostega/test).
…s to README yarn.lock duplicated package-lock.json and doubled dependabot noise. docs/ and the theme README were the upstream theme author's documentation. README now documents how to update content and what the build toolchain is (and isn't) for.
