What problem does this pull request solve?

Trello card:

Resolves a few bits of invalid HTML.

I don't think these are likely to have caused any real issues for users (browsers are pretty good at handling malformed HTML and I didn't spot any visual problems).

See individual commit messages for details.

Things to consider when reviewing

  • Ensure that you consider the wider context.
  • Does it work when run on your machine?
  • Is it clear what the code is doing?
  • Do the commit messages explain why the changes were made?
  • Are there all the unit tests needed?
  • Do the end to end tests need updating before these changes will pass?
  • Has all relevant documentation been updated?

Good finds, thank you. I spotted one more extra quote while reviewing, but otherwise these changes look good to me.

In a couple of places we had `target="_blank""` with an accidental
double `""` at the end, which is invalid HTML.
We were missing a space after the `lang` attribute, which is invalid
HTML.
The closing tags on these `dd` elements were in the wrong place, causing
nested `dd` elements, which is invalid HTML. This commit corrects the
closing tag placement so that the `govuk-summary-list__value` and
`govuk-summary-list__actions` items are separate `dd` elements

🎉 A review copy of this PR has been deployed! You can reach it at: https://pr-3271.admin.review.forms.service.gov.uk/

It may take 5 minutes or so for the application to be fully deployed and working. If it still isn't ready
after 5 minutes, there may be something wrong with the ECS task. You will need to go to the integration AWS account
to debug, or otherwise ask an infrastructure person.

For the sign in details and more information, see the review apps wiki page.
