Allow transferring a conversation to a different agent (e.g., Pi, Claude) so work can continue without starting over.
Known Limitations
- Thinking blocks won't transfer over, but it may still be good enough for many use cases.
Open Questions
- How can Tortie detect when a session limit has been hit and prompt a transfer?
- What's the UX?
