wiki: replace defunct cycy addnode links and node entries - #455

cycy's addnode list services no longer respond, and neither does the addnode-us-central.cycy.me node itself (no answer on 32749 or 32748). Point the mainnet and testnet "more up to date status" links at gridcat's lists at https://addnodes.gridcoin.club/ and https://addnodes.gridcoin.club/testnet.txt instead. Those are regenerated every 15 minutes rather than hourly, so the link text is updated to match. Drop the dead addnode-us-central.cycy.me entries from the mainnet default table, the testnet online table and the testnet sample config. ec2-3-81-39-58.compute-1.amazonaws.com answers on both 32749 and 32748 and was already listed in both testnet locations, so those entries collapse into it rather than being replaced. The FAQ telnet connectivity test now targets that node too, so a "no response" result again means what the surrounding text says it means. Also correct the mainnet default table, which listed gridcoin.ddns.net where the wallet actually writes gridcoin.network, and note that the wallet still writes the defunct addnode-us-central.cycy.me line into newly generated config files.
