Experimental Community App wrapper for the activated Knots RC4 Blake2b
mainnet profile. It runs pinned GridPool and DATUM images against Umbrel's
generic bitcoin dependency. A separately sideloaded and synchronized Blake
RC4 Knots node is required; stock SHA-256 Bitcoin Core/Knots is rejected.

For a manual sideload, copy gridlabs-gridpool-blake2b/ into the active app
store and install app ID gridlabs-gridpool-blake2b. On first launch, open the
GridPool UI and save a mainnet payout address. DATUM then listens at
stratum+tcp://UMBREL_LAN_IP:3333 with difficulty floor 1, forced YUGE
coinbase selection, and unsafe coinbase override disabled.
DATUM is enabled by default. Set APP_GRIDPOOL_DATUM_ENABLED=false in the app
environment and restart to leave the Stratum service dormant. The package does
not provide native SV2.
Back up the complete app data directory with permissions intact before an
upgrade. It contains node identity, paid state, and generated configs. Verify
the GridPool node-ID fingerprint after restoration; do not delete state to
resolve lineage conflicts.
Run ./scripts/verify-package.sh before sideloading. This repository publishes
preview artifacts only, not a stable Umbrel marketplace release.
