Updates runtime and SV2 image pins, adds native SV2 connection guidance and opt-in private diagnostics, fixes health scripts and identity-read error handling. Preserves packaging fixes from main. Hardware install/upgrade remains unverified after the test appliance failed; publish as prerelease only. Local TypeScript, ncc, health tests and digest verification pass.
