Pin the read-only SlopSearX caller and artifact admission to merged runtime a451acc, which preserves external-context follow-up scope and renders compact coverage reports. Keep the same closed contract selector, profile, limits, provider secrets, and disabled publication.
Clarify that local retrieval and check inputs draw from the aggregate context budget; the documented stage projection is conditional rather than a guarantee that every optional retrieval and follow-up fits.
Validation: 111 focused tests passed locally; independent Luna review and diff checks passed.
