The SlopSearX pilot now pins the merged runtime that quotes the exact native Jev request body before reserving its budget. Admission validation and workflow tests use the same immutable runtime SHA.
Records the terminal read-only paired trial and separates it from the earlier PR305 run on adapter 0.1. Partial coverage, unknown oracle alignment, unknown billing, and disabled publication remain explicit.
Validation: 119 focused tests passed; independent review cleared the pin changes and all three evidence documents.
