The current delivery pointers still describe the pre-fix snapshot-reuse run. Update them with the independently audited PR305 and PR676 runs on the qualified runtime, and retain their incomplete coverage, invalid candidate states, exact artifact identities, and read-only effects.
Record the negative provider-free duplicate-window experiment without adding a quality gate or claiming review accuracy. Historical requirements and evidence remain intact.
Validation: artifact-backed independent review CLEAR on all four file hashes; root hash verification and git diff --check passed. Prose-only change.
