For the newer dated evidence snapshot and subsequent run state, see [CURRENT-STATUS.md](CURRENT-STATUS.md). This trace remains anchored to its declared 109a3bc source and supplemental evidence; it is not a self-identification of the current candidate.

## Current delivery supplement — 2026-10-11

The target v5 `COMMENT` canary produced one confirmed exact-head review: PR #769 analysis run `38109593299` completed separately from publisher run `38109625164`; publisher attempt 1 confirmed review `5481780874`, and attempt 2 confirmed that same review from complete history without a duplicate. The separate no-effect receipt remains `UNKNOWN`. Live containment/re-enable passed, and the local six-guard configuration restore rehearsal passed. Source PR #236, target publisher/action PR #768, and operations-doc PR #769 are merged. Target PR #772 merged as `0e486ff95ff086906f309d1c1077a0a5ec2ba94c` from reviewed head `54936ae739577df2a18cc3d47e877ad6cff95272`; 17 enabled checks succeeded, three were skipped, independent review was CLEAR across five guards, and the merged files matched the reviewed head. The deployed v5 `DISPOSITION` mode allows `COMMENT`, `APPROVE`, and `REQUEST_CHANGES`, and disables only Droid Auto Review; Droid Tag and Wiki remain unchanged. Post-merge CI run `38111321188` completed successfully with no failures; CodeQL run `38111321178`, Docker run `38111321168`, and Release run `38111321174` also succeeded. The confirmed PR #769 effect was a `COMMENT`-mode canary and does not evidence a full-disposition publication or replay. These operational observations do not establish semantic accuracy: the canary's source coverage was `PARTIAL`, review quality remains unknown, and human labels are not a gate. The acceptance/milestone tables below remain anchored to their stated 2026-09-27 audit cutoff; this supplement does not mark the 39-AC/12-NFR/six-milestone production goal complete.

## Evidence baseline and limits

- **Hosted CI:** PR run [36290608786](https://github.com/groktopus/codereview/actions/runs/36290608786) and push run [36290601883](https://github.com/groktopus/codereview/actions/runs/36290601883) on PR #7, head `6c5aec216be8b28adc9eee7d7394dde453d28a8a`; root verified 14 checks succeeded across the two runs. `git diff --quiet 6c5aec… 109a3bc…` confirmed identical source trees; commit metadata differs. The preserved PR run log at `/private/tmp/codereview-acceptance-audit-20260927/pr7-hosted-verification.log` has SHA-256 `87218be0e1368792c98d0e26babcc575936b0e0ac87b35c5ad4e346f37cd9806`. It records 644 tests and 13 subtests passing on Python 3.11, 3.12, 3.13 and 3.14, Ruff passing, wheel/sdist building, and provider-free installed-wheel smoke passing on Python 3.11 and 3.14. The local 644-test run was reported by root as passing on the same tree in 130.95 seconds; its raw output was not saved. These runs verify code/package boundaries, not code-review quality.

# Current production-requirement trace

> Latest audited evidence: source caller `7294d355de8d594b25653298111ee71384bdcbd4` invoked runtime `c09321f2e963098c3ce665f3db144e22d37dd382` in PR305 run [37695037742](https://github.com/groktopus/codereview/actions/runs/37695037742) and PR676 run [37695747602](https://github.com/groktopus/codereview/actions/runs/37695747602). Both are current, validly bound, operationally successful but `INCOMPLETE / PARTIAL`. PR305 demonstrated snapshot-reuse follow-up handling; PR676 resolved five gaps with six successful follow-ups and retained one nested unresolved gap. Two PR676 candidate findings remain `NEEDS_EVIDENCE`; both claim assessments were `NOT_RUN / PRIMARY_CANDIDATE_INVALID`. See [the compact dated evidence note](experiments/pr305-pr676-v17-current-evidence-2026-10-07.md). This supplements, and does not replace, the existing 39-AC, 12-NFR, six-milestone trace or add a quality gate.

## Current operational supplement — 2026-10-11

Source PR #236 merged as `afe5117c2e6c80de6ef84ca3577a5e8b536d36cc`; target PR #768 merged as `dfcb164abdf8eef711ce6a447ef78c42ec696021`; and target ops-doc PR #769 merged as `e011f264bc4a16dfab535b4dfd492c014ce0519f`. They established the v5 protected publisher route and the earlier non-binding `COMMENT` canary configuration, later superseded by PR #772 below. PR #769 analysis run `38109593299` completed separately from publisher run `38109625164`. Publisher attempt 1 was `CONFIRMED` for exact-head review `5481780874` (`COMMENTED`). Attempt 2 was `CONFIRMED_FROM_COMPLETE_REVIEW_HISTORY` for the same review; one marker remained and no duplicate review was posted. A separate no-effect receipt is `UNKNOWN` and is not evidence for the publication.

Live containment and re-enable passed; workflow registrations returned to their prior active states. The local configuration rollback dry run passed six baseline guard checks. These are distinct live-containment and local-restore observations. PR #772 merged as `0e486ff95ff086906f309d1c1077a0a5ec2ba94c` from reviewed head `54936ae739577df2a18cc3d47e877ad6cff95272`; 17 enabled checks succeeded, three were skipped, independent review was CLEAR across five guards, and the merged files matched the reviewed head. The deployed v5 `DISPOSITION` mode allows `COMMENT`, `APPROVE`, and `REQUEST_CHANGES`, and disables only Droid Auto Review; Droid Tag and Wiki are unchanged, and no workflow auto-merges pull requests. Source coverage was `PARTIAL`; semantic accuracy and replacement quality remain unknown. No human-label gate is added. This supplement updates operational effect evidence only; the requirement trace below remains the 2026-09-27 baseline and is not promoted to product acceptance.

**Decision at audit cutoff (2026-09-27): Defer / not accepted as a Droid replacement.** This read-only audit uses merged source `109a3bcba09362c5c808c86d029be0c6d0b521fa` (`/private/tmp/codereview-pilot-current-runtime-20260927`, clean at inspection), the normative `docs/design/SPEC.md` (SHA-256 `021ac7d9041180e732242df7e49f80467c81ac6cc0d758a94d923204886138a0`), code/tests at that commit, and saved CI/run evidence described below. Subsequent observations are explicitly identified as supplemental: hosted recovery runs 36300733554/36300909775 and selected-model run 36300274410. They do not change the source attribution of the original 109a3bc baseline or establish review quality. The trace retains all 39 ACs, 12 NFRs, and six delivery milestones. This is an evidence trace, not a release certificate.

# Current delivery update — 2026-10-07 (latest audited run 37695747602; caller `7294d35`; runtime `c09321f`)
# Current delivery plan — 2026-10-11

The deployed target is in v5 `DISPOSITION` mode after the earlier non-binding `COMMENT` canary. Source PR #236 (`afe5117c2e6c80de6ef84ca3577a5e8b536d36cc`), target PR #768 (`dfcb164abdf8eef711ce6a447ef78c42ec696021`), canary-operations PR #769 (`e011f264bc4a16dfab535b4dfd492c014ce0519f`), and full-cutover PR #772 are merged. The recorded canary published exact-head review `5481780874` once and confirmed the same review on replay; live containment/re-enable passed. That canary was in COMMENT mode, not full DISPOSITION mode. Its source coverage was `PARTIAL`, and semantic accuracy remains unknown.

Target PR #772 merged as `0e486ff95ff086906f309d1c1077a0a5ec2ba94c` from reviewed head `54936ae739577df2a18cc3d47e877ad6cff95272`. The deployed v5 `DISPOSITION` mode allows `COMMENT`, `APPROVE`, and `REQUEST_CHANGES`, and disables only Droid Auto Review; Droid Tag and Wiki remain unchanged. Its 17 enabled checks succeeded, three were skipped, independent review was CLEAR across five guards, and the merged files matched the reviewed head. Post-merge CI run `38111321188` completed successfully with no failures; CodeQL run `38111321178`, Docker run `38111321168`, and Release run `38111321174` also succeeded. The earlier PR #769 canary confirmed a `COMMENT` effect and replay only; no full-disposition publication/replay has yet been observed. No workflow auto-merges a pull request. Human labels are not a prerequisite; source coverage remains partial and semantic accuracy/replacement claims remain bounded by observed evidence.

## Previous delivery-plan snapshot — 2026-10-07 (latest audited run 37695747602; caller `7294d35`; runtime `c09321f`)

> PR #229 is merged with exact-head checks and post-merge verification successful. The latest bounded read-only reviews are PR305 run [37695037742](https://github.com/groktopus/codereview/actions/runs/37695037742) and PR676 run [37695747602](https://github.com/groktopus/codereview/actions/runs/37695747602); both completed operationally but returned `INCOMPLETE / PARTIAL`. Snapshot reuse and one valid follow-up were observed on PR305; PR676 used six follow-ups, resolving five gaps, while one nested caller/registration gap remains unresolved. Neither run produced a complete review or a semantic-quality result. See [the dated evidence note](experiments/pr305-pr676-v17-current-evidence-2026-10-07.md) for exact identities, artifacts, and accounting.

# Current rollout update — 2026-10-11

Source [PR #236](https://github.com/groktopus/codereview/pull/236) is merged at `afe5117c2e6c80de6ef84ca3577a5e8b536d36cc`; target [PR #768](https://github.com/magnus919/SlopSearX/pull/768) is merged at `dfcb164abdf8eef711ce6a447ef78c42ec696021`; and target ops-doc [PR #769](https://github.com/magnus919/SlopSearX/pull/769) is merged at `e011f264bc4a16dfab535b4dfd492c014ce0519f`. Together, they established the pinned JavaScript publisher route and the earlier non-binding `COMMENT` canary configuration; PR #772 below supersedes that mode with full `DISPOSITION`. These changes do not establish semantic quality.

The PR #769 canary analysis run `38109593299` completed separately from publisher [run `38109625164`](https://github.com/magnus919/SlopSearX/actions/runs/38109625164). Publisher attempt 1 was `CONFIRMED` for exact-head review `5481780874` (`COMMENTED`). Attempt 2 was `CONFIRMED_FROM_COMPLETE_REVIEW_HISTORY` for that same review; one marker remained and no second review was posted. A separate no-effect receipt stayed `UNKNOWN` and was not used as proof. Live containment and re-enable succeeded, with the five workflow registrations returned to their original active states. The local configuration-restore dry run passed six baseline guards; it is local rehearsal evidence, not a remote restore.

Target [PR #772](https://github.com/magnus919/SlopSearX/pull/772) merged as `0e486ff95ff086906f309d1c1077a0a5ec2ba94c` from reviewed head `54936ae739577df2a18cc3d47e877ad6cff95272`. Its 17 enabled checks succeeded, three checks were skipped, and independent review was CLEAR across five guards; the merged files matched the reviewed head. The deployed v5 `DISPOSITION` mode allows `COMMENT`, `APPROVE`, and `REQUEST_CHANGES`; only Droid Auto Review is disabled, while Droid Tag and Wiki remain unchanged. No workflow auto-merges pull requests. Post-merge CI run `38111321188` completed successfully with no failures; CodeQL run `38111321178`, Docker run `38111321168`, and Release run `38111321174` also succeeded. No full-disposition publication/replay is yet evidenced. Source coverage remains `PARTIAL` and semantic accuracy is unknown; no human-label gate is required. The historic snapshots below retain their original dates and are not current state unless this section says otherwise; the 39-AC, 12-NFR, and six-milestone scope remains unchanged.

## Previous evidence update — 2026-10-07 (runs 37695037742 and 37695747602; caller `7294d35`; runtime `c09321f`)

> Latest audited read-only runs: PR305 run [37695037742](https://github.com/groktopus/codereview/actions/runs/37695037742) completed `INCOMPLETE / PARTIAL` (19/43 rows complete; one follow-up completed; snapshot reuse was exercised); PR676 run [37695747602](https://github.com/groktopus/codereview/actions/runs/37695747602) completed `INCOMPLETE / PARTIAL` (23/44 complete; six follow-ups completed and five gaps resolved). Both used source caller `7294d355de8d594b25653298111ee71384bdcbd4` and reusable runtime `c09321f2e963098c3ce665f3db144e22d37dd382`, v17 profile `28725e806a87812386ff67f5c6e63320cc9f3f2b9c1a79c6942c7cf1be004dac`, and limits `ec191dcde1672b4f86aac24ee6412752cd9a08871d1aba1b332d11341b6fd2a6`. PR #229 is merged and its exact-head checks and post-merge run succeeded. Both reviews remain incomplete; claim truth, semantic accuracy, injection resistance, and Droid replacement are not established. The 39 AC, 12 NFR, and six-milestone scope is unchanged. See [the dated evidence note](experiments/pr305-pr676-v17-current-evidence-2026-10-07.md).

Source PR #208 merged as `9beaa99bf02faee248f399a21df6cacaa9962086` at 2026-10-07 11:33:53 UTC, pinning the central caller to runtime `4fbc3b0`; all ten jobs passed in post-merge run [37614931774](https://github.com/groktopus/codereview/actions/runs/37614931774). PR #210 then corrected the producer/consumer identity-prefix mismatch and merged as `6f67aeabb812e6992bd868280698cf1031a75e46`. It passed 184 focused tests (two platform skips), an independent producer-to-consumer fake integration review returned CLEAR, and post-merge run [37620606381](https://github.com/groktopus/codereview/actions/runs/37620606381) succeeded. These checks establish the tested source and fake integration path; run 37615254908 did verify an artifact redirect to `productionresultssa5.blob.core.windows.net` (HTTP 302), recorded in `/private/tmp/codereview-operational-evidence-20261007/artifact-redirect-host.json`; target-specific artifact-host confirmation and publication effects remain unverified. The completed natural review remains bound to caller `9beaa99` and runtime `4fbc3b0`, not the later fix. The pilot remains not accepted as a Droid replacement.

## Production readiness — target activation and eventual publication
## Historical production-readiness checkpoint — 2026-10-07

**Decision:** defer target activation, review publication, and Droid replacement/cutover. This readiness note records concrete gaps; it does not add a prerequisite to the existing SlopSearX-only read-only advisory pilot. Human labels and a second project are not prerequisites for that pilot.
