Connect durable research runs to live sources and reports #666

The durable research endpoint now uses configured search, capture and model services. It retains source bytes and reports, supports selected-evidence session questions and explicit follow-ups, and applies bounded multi-query planning, time settings and persistent callbacks. The related storage, legacy job recovery, document workflows and documentation corrections are also complete.

Acceptance evidence:

• Nine controlled HTTP/MCP research cases passed with real PostgreSQL and Valkey, including distinct objectives, retained reads, recovery, callbacks, evidence dates and follow-ups.
• Both exact-release integration suites passed 2,798 tests, with 162 skips and 17 deselections recorded separately.
• Deployment, retained-data, API/MCP capability, CLI identity and migration checks passed.
• The release tag and all ten multi-architecture stable image indexes match the tested runtime revision.

These integration checks establish the supported workflows, not a measured improvement in live-model answer quality. Unknown external-call outcomes remain explicit rather than silently retried. PostgreSQL migration and live research admission remain separate operator-controlled steps.
