Droid finished @magnus919's task —— View job The source-bounded mode is gated by the new durable policy version and preserves the existing verification and publication checks. I found no high-confidence, actionable issues in the reviewed changes. 0 inline comments posted |

Research can now return a verified explanation of what captured documentation says even when the pages have no publication date. Previously, construction could produce claims about current facts that the available capture dates could not establish, so otherwise useful research failed publication.
New runs explicitly describe captured source statements. The application requires that scope before independent review, and the report explains that it does not independently confirm present-day validity. Existing support, freshness, citation, and historical-date checks remain in place. Unsupported current-scope model responses are rejected.
Older runs retain their original request bytes, receipts, and saved outcomes. No repeated search or model call is introduced. ADR-0073 records the new admission policy and its limits.
Validation includes successful source-bound publication, missing capture dates, unsupported claims, past-date requests, old request-byte hashes, and old/new policy recovery. A real-model check over six saved public sources produced three verified reports with two model calls and no new searches in about 90 seconds. This is a functional example, not a general research-quality or performance claim. Full CI and HTTP retained-store acceptance remain required before merge.
