Droid finished @magnus919's task —— View job The change raises the model transport timeout only for version-4 runs, while the existing overall deadline continues to bound execution and older admissions retain the 90-second limit. I found no high-confidence actionable issues in the diff. 0 inline comments posted |

A live research draft finished at the model gateway after 105 seconds, but GroktoCrawl had stopped waiting after 90 seconds. That left the run failed even though its existing overall deadline allowed 180 seconds.
New durable research now lets each model call wait within the shared 180-second run deadline. The overall deadline still covers planning, search, capture, drafting and review. Older admissions and other model-review callers keep their 90-second transport limit. This adds no retries and does not change how unfinished dispatches are retained or recovered.
Verification: 42 focused tests passed, including a simulated 105-second response, old-policy limits, cancellation at the shared deadline, and refusal to replay an unfinished model call. Independent review found no blockers. Production verification will follow the required CI and published review.
