Closes Issue #101

• Applied the core fixes for process hanging and shutdown errors - from PR fix: SSE thread cleanup on process exit and parse SSE event data in GrowthBookClient #102 :
• Refactored existing tests to pass realistic (raw string) payloads through the actual handler method, verifying the parsing logic
