這份文件把 Spec 062 之後那一輪審查的共識寫成擷取可信度規範：

• 兩個不變條件：不把「沒記到」說成「沒發生」；不把「已隱藏或不匯出」說成「沒保存」
• 寫入成功後才推進進度，並要求附故障注入測試
• 暫停期間不保存任何新內容，sidecar 原文也包括在內
• 輸出完整性的狀態，以及不能為了記錄而改變工具行為
• 網路擷取以 HTTP(S) 為主
• 證據等級
• 在擷取時就處理隱私邊界
• 讀取可靠性、效能紀律、不做清單、交付規則

最後附一份 2026-10-24 的狀態快照，每項標明「已修／已確認但未修／已回報但未核對」。

審查重點

• §3 和目前程式碼的刻意設計相反：tailer-host.ts 暫停時仍把原始 AI 資料寫進 sidecar，capture_gap 的描述也寫著 "Raw data preserved in sidecar"。這份文件把行為定為暫停時也不保存，實作還沒改。
• §12 會隨程式碼過時：文件開頭已註明動手前要先對照程式碼；位置用函式名稱標，不用行號。

驗證

純文件，沒有程式碼變更。文件引用的機制名稱都已和程式碼核對：completeness、capture_gap、*_saturated、personalDomains、hidePersonal、_REDLOG_MAX_BYTES、maxCastBytes。
