Changes
Shell connection and repair in Settings now reuse the existing verified onboarding flow. Dependency preparation stays in its source page, bundled-source recovery preserves project permissions, and source status refreshes when returning to the app.
Successful exports retain the artifact path and completion time in the dialog. Reopening the dialog recovers the project's last successful export; missing files and failed metadata/reveal operations remain explicit. ExportPlan selection and attachment policy are unchanged.
Also clears a resolved project-specific settings error after retry, corrects manual shell selection versus detected shell, and consolidates duplicate UI checks and Electron launches. HUD remains enabled by default; non-HUD E2E launches suppress only the test overlay.
Validation
Spec 062 stays Draft. T008–T013, real Windows/WSL and broader installation/update acceptance remain open. This is an internal-test candidate, not a release or notarization claim.
Refs #434, #435, #436.
CI correction
The first run passed macOS/Ubuntu unit and installer smoke but failed Windows's existing late-discovery AI pause assertion; E2E was skipped. Commit ccf0347 reproduces the filesystem/Date.now clock mismatch locally and persists a filesystem-calibrated boundary. The original scenario now also checks restart and capture of a genuinely new post-resume conversation. Focused pause/durability tests: 31/31 passed. Current CI must pass before merge.
