script/setup ran a vendored lein bootstrap script that installed Leiningen 2.5.1 into ~/.lein on first run. It now runs lein deps.

Leiningen is pinned to 2.12 rather than the major version alone: mise's leiningen 2.13.0 package ships a lein script declaring LEIN_VERSION=2.12.1-SNAPSHOT, which 404s fetching a jar that was never released.

Clojure was the only skeleton nested a directory deeper than the rest, at clojure/gol. Unnesting it to clojure/ lets CI discover projects with a depth-1 glob.

The exercise used to be Game of Life, which is where the gol name came from. That is no longer the case and no other skeleton names a specific exercise, so the namespace becomes pairing.core and the Game of Life references go from the README and project.clj.

Base fix/clojure (#168), so the diff shows only this branch's changes. Merge #168 first.

Part of #143.
