I build AI-enabled automation and secure integration infrastructure that connects financial, operational and field service platforms. It is plumbing work: making accounting systems, CRMs, e-commerce storefronts and field tools behave as one system instead of four.

• Multi-tenant integration services, with OAuth 2.0 authorization flows, webhook ingestion and signature verification, encrypted credential storage, and isolation between tenants.
• AI agent workspaces orchestrated with LangChain and LangGraph, where model output passes through validation before it can write to a system of record.
• Operations and field service platforms, covering job tracking, document capture and reporting for teams that work away from a desk.
• Commerce and accounting extensions built directly on QuickBooks, Shopify and Airtable.

Before going into engineering full time, I taught Information Systems at a Brazilian university for six years: 23 undergraduate courses and 1,620 classroom hours, in programming, data structures, databases, secure software development and computer networks.
