Go Docker Architecture Deployment Status

BearBreach

BearBreach is an Enterprise AI Zero Trust Security Platform that continuously verifies, enforces policy, detects threats, and establishes trust across every AI trust boundary.

Modern AI applications extend far beyond prompts. They involve users, applications, retrieval systems, foundation models, agents, external tools, memory, and downstream actions. Every interaction introduces new security risks and trust decisions.

BearBreach applies Zero Trust principles to AI systems by continuously validating every interaction crossing these trust boundaries. Rather than assuming any input, context, model output, or agent action is trustworthy, BearBreach evaluates risk, enforces policy, generates telemetry, and enables AI Detection & Response across the complete AI lifecycle.

What is AI Zero Trust?

Traditional Zero Trust follows a simple principle:

Never Trust. Always Verify.

BearBreach extends this philosophy to AI systems.

Rather than assuming that user input, retrieved knowledge, model responses, agents, or external tools are trustworthy, BearBreach continuously evaluates every interaction crossing an AI trust boundary.

Every request is inspected.

Every response can be verified.

Every tool invocation can be authorized.

Every AI security event can be correlated.

Trust is continuously earned—not assumed.

AI Trust Boundaries

Modern AI applications operate across multiple trust boundaries.

| **Boundary** | **Data Crossing** |
| --------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **User-to-system** | Untrusted natural language enters the system |
| **System-to-LLM** | Constructed prompt (system instructions + user input + context) sent to the model |
| **LLM-to-tools** | Model output triggers database queries, API calls, or file operations |
| **System-to-external-data** | Retrieved documents from vector store or external sources enter the prompt |
| **System-to-user** | Generated response delivered to the user |

Every transition represents a potential attack surface.

BearBreach continuously evaluates each boundary using Zero Trust principles before allowing information or actions to proceed.

Zero Trust Principles

BearBreach applies the following principles across AI systems:

  • Never Trust, Always Verify
  • Continuous Risk Evaluation
  • Least Privilege for AI Agents
  • Policy-Driven Decision Making
  • Explicit Verification of AI Interactions
  • Continuous Telemetry and Monitoring
  • Detection and Response by Default
  • Assume AI Components Can Be Compromised
  • Defense in Depth
  • Complete Auditability
