[KF-XXX] Backend test failure in onboarding_e2e after migration changes #31
Description
Problem: Story 6-2 PR #29 Backend (Rust) test job fails with exit code 101, but logs don't show the specific failing test or error message.
Context:
- Migration 20260419000002_users_company_id.sql modified to make company_id NULLABLE
- All other CI checks pass (Frontend ✅, CodeQL ✅, Docker ✅)
- Test was previously returning 500 errors on /api/v1/onboarding/seed-demo
Symptoms:
- Backend (Rust) job fails consistently
- No visible test failure messages in CI logs
- Likely related to multi-tenant scoping or migration state
To Investigate:
- Run tests locally:
cargo test --test onboarding_e2e - Check if issue is specific to full_onboarding_flow_demo_path test
- Verify migration compatibility with fresh test DBs
- Review ensure_admin_user expectations for company_id NOT NULL vs nullable

Les changements de migration
