feat: add Jetson evidence depth summary

Summary

• Added capture depth labeling to Jetson evidence Markdown reports.
• Updated 15W/25W power-mode comparison snapshots with run depth evidence.
• Added smoke and snapshot tests to prevent short smoke evidence from being overstated as sustained thermal validation.

Impact

• Strengthens Runtime real-device evidence without changing the Runtime JSON contract.
• Keeps current Jetson 15W/25W snapshots honest as short smoke evidence while preparing the report path for future sustained runs.

Notes

• No production inference server, DB/queue/auth, or TensorRT INT8 calibration behavior was added.
• InferEdgeLab remains responsible for comparison policy and deployment decision interpretation.
