Validate Lab handoff producer lineage

Summary

• require device-local candidate_context.producer lineage when EdgeEnv Lab handoff preserves Orchestrator context
• validate telemetry history and embedded regression history with strict device-local producer checks when Orchestrator feed runs are present
• expose device-local producer context run IDs in the EdgeEnv handoff summary/CLI output and update docs

Validation

Note: python -m compileall was attempted but sandbox blocked pycache writes; pytest import/contract validation passed.
