Declare AIGuard traceability evidence in Lab handoff

Summary

• add external AIGuard required evidence types to the EdgeEnv Runtime Intelligence Lab handoff alignment block
• surface the external evidence types in the handoff CLI output
• document that EdgeEnv declares the Lab/AIGuard contract without producing guard_analysis
