Validate Orchestrator guard alignment in telemetry history

Summary

• preserve Orchestrator downstream guard alignment in EdgeEnv runtime telemetry history
• validate producer-lineage guard alignment during export/inspect and Lab handoff checks
• document the EdgeEnv/AIGuard/Lab boundary for producer-lineage evidence
