chore(site): nixpkgs like the labs, so xz is 5.8.4 - #135

site/flake.lock pinned nixpkgs eaad089, the only lock in the repository with xz 5.8.3. That version is affected by GHSA-5qpq-xqfv-j9pg, fixed in 5.8.4. The site now pins nixpkgs 6510408d, the rev every lab and tools/ use (xz 5.8.4). The same bump moves gleam from 1.18.1 to 1.19.1, as labs/gleam-website has. Its formatter wraps four long constant lines. The change is whitespace only: each file is byte-identical to main once spaces, tabs and newlines are removed. One of the four files is site/src/picasso_site/family.gleam, a guardrail file (the logos and credit rule). Its two logo URLs are unchanged, byte for byte. Tested: nix flake lock --override-input nixpkgs 6510408d; xz.version 5.8.4; cd site && just ci (format, tests, build, site-check); the four files are identical to main with all whitespace removed Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

Update the last xz 5.8.3 in the repository to 5.8.4.
