This PR introduces a comprehensive helpers library in @h3ravel/support to reduce duplication and mirror Laravel-like DX while adding TypeScript ergonomics.

Namespaced helpers for Arr, Str, Time, Crypto
Optional global bootstrap to expose helpers globally (Laravel-style)
