Pull Request Summary

• removed contact phone field from job form
• job form automatically populates name and email field based on the user
• added membership badge to dashboard. this badge is hidden on mobile because I couldn't find a good place to fit it. I think it's fine tho cuz most users will be on desktop, and the badge isn't that important.
• removed job form test cuz we're basically done with development so it wasn't worth updating
