agent-radar finds the end without lsof; mission-control says when the page stops updating - #152

… page stops updating agent-radar: retry a missing lsof every minute instead of giving up for the session, fall back to /proc on Linux, read a model's version only after "claude" (a Bedrock ARN's region no longer reads as Sonnet 1) and cut unknown model ids short. mission-control: a failed redraw of the Windows map page shows in the pane, and the why-line list type checks under noUncheckedIndexedAccess. Fixes #150, fixes #151
