…ary is not installed. Just run AutocastSim without MinkowskiEngine installed. This stub provides a minimal implementation of the sparse_quantize function. This allows the code to run without crashing.
Removed hardcoded prefix path.

This is a Workaround implementing voxelized coordinates and respective features and labels.
I tested it on function and everything works as expected. The test files are obligatory.
