• Delivered frontend enhancements for RepSignal, S2N Health's AI-powered MedTech platform (standalone and Salesforce-integrated), improving UI/UX across Vue, HTML/Jinja, CSS, and JavaScript
• Optimized backend services using Python and SQLAlchemy, refining database queries and platform logic to improve performance and data retrieval efficiency
• Collaborated on a Salesforce agent with multiple plugins to leverage backend resources and enhanced the MCP server to detect data changes and automatically deliver timely, relevant newsfeed updates to sales representatives

• Designed and developed Proximate, a mobile application addressing student loneliness through spontaneous, location-based interactions via user-placed “beacons,” targeted for campus-wide release
• Conducted survey outreach and applied insights from 440+ Khoury student responses, using paper prototyping and Figma to refine features and user experience

• Implemented a Flask-based sales outreach system, integrating Gmail APIs with Google Cloud authentication and designing Pandas-driven data pipelines to enable scalable, personalized email campaigns
• Built and extended in-house sales automation software integrated with the Flask application, leveraging LLMs, Retool, JavaScript, and n8n workflows to research target companies and automate personalized outreach via emails and LinkedIn connections

• Developed the official website for NUMAC, a student-led marketing consulting organization at Northeastern University, creating a modern and responsive web presence to represent the club externally

• Partnered with a 9-member product team to design and develop KitchenCloud, a mobile application for shared kitchen inventory management, designing responsive frontend features in React and TypeScript with searchable food and recipe management
