Corrects PaddleOCR converted TIFF/WebP orientation and suppresses unused markdown image assets in service responses. The provider now applies EXIF orientation before PNG encoding and sends
returnMarkdownImages: false.Closes #149

The feature shipped in v0.62.0 via #148; this follow-up carries the final accepted review fixes onto that released base.
Validation: frozen install, dependency check, typecheck, lint, generated docs check, build, coverage suite (144 tests), and packed Vite consumer all pass. Real orientation fixtures and exact request-shape assertions fail before the fix and pass after it.
