Explain the supported local-template fallback when macOS Git template fetching is blocked by missing command-line tools or an unaccepted Xcode license. The README keeps license review with the operator and shows an anonymous archive pinned to a full public commit, inspection before apply, and the limits of the printed SHA-256.
