fix(web): the recording cell wears its verdict disc

Summary

• A judged video showed nothing on the grid (let the recording cell wear its verdict disc #234, observed on prod): the recording cell kept ADR 0013's "no verdict ring, ever" while ADR 0023 made the video judgeable
• The cell now wears the capture's exact grammar: the status ring on the border, the centred disc (✓ emerald / ✗ amber) over the dimmed triangle, nothing when to-review
• Implementation follows the captures' rendering (centred disc) rather than the mockup's bottom-right corner — "like the captures" was the ask, and one grammar beats two

Test plan

• New spec: "lets a judged recording wear its verdict disc (let the recording cell wear its verdict disc #234)" — ring hue and disc label per cell, legend excluded from the read
• Full gates: fe-check, fe-test (107), fe-test-e2e (63)
• Screenshots of both themes shared
