Nine independent tested fixes: strict GitHub URL paths; reject padded/superscript Windows device names and bidirectional formatting controls in ZIP members; skip case-variant dependency directories; stabilize language ties; validate search limits; find deep symbols with stable relevance ranking; and retain useful context within small budgets.
Validation: 125/125 Python backend tests passed in a fresh clone of this branch. Includes nine regression-test commits and nine corresponding fixes. No fake activity; all 18 commits alter real tests or application behavior.
Review: CI, integration and maintainer acceptance are independent of these focused checks.
