The analyzer already recognizes go.mod and Gemfile as dependency manifests, but source discovery filtered both out. Importing a project containing either file gave a false manifest warning and hid its dependencies from search and Ask AI.
Include the two exact filenames in source discovery. A regression exercises analysis, search, and context assembly and checks that an arbitrary .mod file stays excluded. Both ecosystem cases failed on main. The new test and existing repository safety tests passed locally.
