Installation

1. Make sure you have Python 3.8+ installed.
2. Clone or download the repository.
3. Install dependencies:

   pip install -r requirements.txt

Usage

1. Launch the application:

   python main.py

2. Drag and drop single files, groups of files, or entire folders of images into the upload zone (or click it to open a standard file browser).
3. Select an Optimization Preset (e.g., Standard / Blog) or build a custom configuration.
4. Toggle Responsive Variants if you need multi-sized images for HTML srcset.
5. Click Convert Queue.
6. Once complete, click 📋 Copy HTML Code to copy the responsive picture tags directly into your clipboard!

Standalone Executable Packaging

To package WebP Wizard as a single folder structure (supporting Inno Setup):

1. Generate the custom icon first:

   python generate_icon.py

2. Run PyInstaller using the provided .spec file:

   pyinstaller main.spec

3. The executable and bundled DLLs will be output to the dist/WebPWizard/ folder.

To pack as a single, portable executable:

pyinstaller --onefile --windowed --icon=icon.ico --name=WebPWizard main.py
