What and why

Alert and notice texts were hard-coded in Italian. Now each alert is rendered in the language of the server it is posted to — the server's dashboard setting, renamed Message language (it already drives the log embeds).

  • New shared catalogue alert-messages.ts (EN/IT): every bot and API alert, field labels, category labels, digest, reminders, footers, webhook and status test.
  • The bot and the API record alerts as messageKey + encrypted params/fields (InstanceEvent.messageKey, Incident.messageKey/params); the router renders per target server, the digest per digest server, reminders per target, the webhook and the status test per status-channel server. The super console renders events and incidents in its own UI language.
  • Rows recorded before keep their stored text.

How it was tested

CI (typecheck, tests, migrations + drift).

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

- Alerts are stored as a message key plus parameters (InstanceEvent and
Incident messageKey/params) and rendered at delivery in the language of
the server they are posted to: its dashboard "message language" setting.
- Shared EN/IT catalogue for every alert, field label, category, digest,
reminder and footer; the webhook and the status test use the status
channel's server language; the super console shows them in its own.
- Older rows keep their fixed text.
