Summary

• add source-bound ABBA/BAAB latency matrices across normal and high process priority
• require native mean/p95/p99 to be lower in every observed balanced cycle
• bind reports to raw ETL markers, exact USB/IP runtime provenance, and production/local-test package identity
• keep conclusions descriptive to the exact machine session; no population-confidence claim
