ics.js：拒绝无效开学日期（如2026-02-30）、24:00这类非法作息、非整数天数、负数/NaN 提醒，避免写出带NaN的.icsYYYY-MM-DD的假日期也会抛错<input type="time">的HH:MM:SS/.sss（Safari / 部分 Chromium），24:00仍拒绝。版本仍是 1.1.3index.html去掉仓库里不存在的截图与og:image没有 PR 模板。未改

node --test tests/core.test.mjs tests/hhmmss.test.mjs→ 49 passed。
