feat(a339x/ecam): EWD and ENG SD page additions/fixes

Summary of Changes

• Add attention getting boxes to the EWD and ENG SD page
• Change vertical positioning of elements on ENG SD page
• Add NAC elements to ENG SD page

Additional context

• I haven't been able to get the EWD attention getter to have priority in the z axis over other elements such as the small grey lines.
• Some elements on the SD such as the small grey lines and possibly others will still need horizontal adjusting. Once this is done, the width of the SD attention getters can be improved.

Testing instructions

1. Load into aircraft, start engines and ensure attention getters appear on the EWD and ENG SD page.
2. When the ENG MODE SELECTOR is in the NORM MODE ensure the NAC elements are visible.
