feat(a339x/sd): add VS indications to DOOR SD page

• Add VS indications to DOOR SD page.
• Improves positioning of door symbols on DOOR SD page.

Additional context

• I cannot find references that confirm if a negative symbol is visible when a negative VS is encountered. The Inibuilds A330 has it however I can't confirm if that is accurate. It has not been included however can be added later if references confirm it should appear.
• I also can't find the exact visibility logic so I have used aircraftOnGround, it can be changed if needed with more accurate references.

Testing instructions

1. Load into aircraft and perform a takeoff, confirm the VS indication is visible when the aircraft is clean and above 1500ft.
2. Confirm the arrow changes depending on if the VS is positive or negative.
