In some cases, the model instantiations depends on data-related runtime properties like the number of atom or bond features for GNNs.
Currently, these are interpolated in the configs, requiring the config to be updated at runtime.
This is an undesired workaround since it enforces a specific sequentioal order of the operations in main.py which can be restricting.
